Stan Walk

Stanley Walk is from Neoga IL and grew up on a farm as one of 12 kids.

Stan began his career in Telecommunications in 1983 with United Artists Cable TV which served the Effingham Illinois area with video services. He opened Destiny Solutions in 2010 and worked out of his garage with a couple storage sheds in the side yard and an off- site warehouse, then a couple short years later he obtained a commercial building in Georgetown IN to accommodate the growth of the company. In the summer of 2017, Stan purchased 2 buildings on Main Street in Georgetown IN (Hwy 64) where Destiny Solutions also represents PenguinData Workforce Management, a Software As A Service (SAAS) custom designed for the mobile work force.

Stan is also doing business as Walk Real Estate, leasing office space to multiple businesses, and most recently he formed Walk Enterprises, an entity that offers online ecommerce on Amazon and E-bay.

Carol Boyle

Lanesville native Carol Boyle is a perfect example of someone living her childhood dream. Many years ago, she began her first job at Polly’s Freeze. Beginning in 2016, Carol purchased the iconic store with her husband and another couple. Since that time, her interest in Georgetown has become even more personal as she looks to continue the Polly’s tradition that has been such a large part of our community for over 70 years.

Aside from working at Polly’s for 36 consecutive seasons, Carol has a full time career with Louisville Metro Government. She and her husband Glen reside in New Albany.
